Overview

Bydd y modiwl hwn yn archwilio datblygiad plant a damcaniaethau sy'n gysylltiedig â dysgu ac addysgeg. Trafodir cyfrifoldebau cyfreithiol athrawon hefyd i sicrhau bod Athrawon Cyswllt yn deall eu cyfrifoldebau fel gweithwyr proffesiynol. Cyflwynir Athrawon Cyswllt i bwysigrwydd y Gymraeg a dwyieithrwydd. Bydd pedwar diben meysydd y cwricwlwm yn cael eu hymgorffori trwy gydol y modiwl. Bydd y modiwl yn canolbwyntio ar blant sy'n datblygu fel:
-Dysgwyr uchelgeisiol, galluog sy'n barod i ddysgu trwy gydol eu bywydau. -Cyfranwyr mentrus, creadigol, yn barod i chwarae rhan lawn mewn bywyd a gwaith.
-Dinasyddion moesegol, gwybodus o Gymru a'r byd. -Unigolion iach, hyderus, yn barod i fyw bywydau boddhaus fel aelodau gwerthfawr o gymdeithas.
Bydd Athrawon cyswllt yn adnabod eu sgiliau iaith personol Cymraeg ar lefel trothwy ac yn dechrau annerch y sgiliau gwrando, siarad, darllen ac ysgrifennu yn unol â gofynion y Fframwaith iaith [Cymraeg} ar gyfer ymarferwyr addysgol, Llywodraeth Cymru. Astudir agweddau ar ymwybyddiaeth iaith, strategaethau addysgeg a chaffael a datblygu llythrennedd dysgwyr yn yr ysgol gynradd.

Cynnwys y Modiwl: - Cyflwyniad i ddamcaniaethau dysgu ac addysgeg. - Cyflwyniad i addysgu a dysgu mewn ystafelloedd dosbarth amrywiol. - Adeiladu ystafelloedd dosbarth cynhwysol. -Cyflwyniad i Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol. - Addysgu plant sydd â Phrofiadau Niweidiol yn ystod Plentyndod. - Dulliau Cadarnhaol ar gyfer rheoli ymddygiad yn yr ystafell ddosbarth.

Dulliau Ymchwil a Methodoleg: Mae ymarfer sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth yn sail i gynnwys y modiwl hwn a bydd yn cael ei gyflwyno mewn ffordd sy'n cyfleu sut mae theori ac ymarfer yn plethu. Yn y modiwl hwn byddwn yn cyflwyno a disgrifio'n glir gryfderau a gwendidau tystiolaeth yn y theori a'r arfer diweddaraf sy'n sail i'r addysgeg a'r arferion ystafell ddosbarth a gwmpesir. Bydd cynnwys a chyflwyniad y modiwl yn cyflwyno myfyrwyr i'r pwysigrwydd o ddatblygu eu gallu i fod yn ddefnyddwyr ac yn gynhyrchwyr ymchwil a datblygu eu gwybodaeth am y sbectrwm ymchwil sy'n llywio ymarfer addysgu.
Mae hyn yn cynnwys cyflwyniad i strategaethau a sgiliau arsylwi: • Ymarfer myfyriol. • Strategaethau arsylwi fel dulliau ymchwil. • Arsylwi ar wahaniaethau dysgu ac ymddygiad. • Ystyriaethau moesegol ar gyfer ymchwiliad proffesiynol.

Assessment Strategy

-trothwy-(D) Bydd yr holl ganlyniadau dysgu wedi'u cyflawni i lefel foddhaol. Bydd gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o gynnwys y modiwl yn cael ei ategu gan ystod foddhaol o theori theori, ymarfer ac ymchwil. Bydd ymgeiswyr wedi dangos tystiolaeth foddhaol o ddadansoddiad beirniadol wrth fyfyrio ar addysgu a dysgu. Bydd myfyrwyr wedi datblygu eu sgiliau astudio i safon foddhaol a byddant yn gallu cyfathrebu i safon foddhaol mewn cyd-destun proffesiynol ac academaidd.

-da -(B) Bydd mwyafrif y canlyniadau dysgu wedi'u cyflawni i lefel dda. Gall rhagoriaeth mewn rhai canlyniadau dysgu gydbwyso cyrhaeddiad boddhaol mewn eraill. Bydd gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth dda o gynnwys y modiwl yn cael ei ategu gan ystod dda o lenyddiaeth theori, ymarfer ac ymchwil. Bydd ymgeiswyr yn darparu dadansoddiad beirniadol da wrth fyfyrio ar ystod sylweddol o arddulliau addysgu a dysgu. Bydd myfyrwyr wedi datblygu eu sgiliau astudio i safon dda a byddant yn gallu cyfathrebu i safon dda mewn cyd-destun proffesiynol ac academaidd.

-rhagorol-(A) Bydd mwyafrif y canlyniadau dysgu wedi'u cyflawni i lefel ragorol a bydd yr holl ganlyniadau dysgu yn dda o leiaf. Bydd gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth ddofn o gynnwys y modiwl yn cael ei ategu gan ystod eang o theori theori, ymarfer ac ymchwil. Bydd ymgeiswyr yn darparu dadansoddiad beirniadol rhagorol wrth fyfyrio ar ystod eang o arddulliau addysgu a dysgu. Bydd myfyrwyr wedi datblygu eu sgiliau astudio i safon ragorol a byddant yn gallu cyfathrebu i safon ragorol mewn cyd-destun proffesiynol ac academaidd.

  • U1: Datblygu gwybodaeth sylfaenol am addysgu dysgwyr ag ADY, y rhai o gefndiroedd amrywiol ac arferion cynhwysol.

  • U2: Dangos dealltwriaeth glir o rôl y Cwricwlwm i Gymru a sut mae'n cael ei gymhwyso yn ymarferol mewn lleoliad addysgol penodol.

  • U3: Dangos tystiolaeth briodol o allu mewn strategaethau arsylwi ymarferol ac ymchwiliad proffesiynol.

  • U4: Nodi cyfrifoldebau cytundebol, bugeiliol a chyfreithiol athrawon.
