Overview

Yn y modiwl hwn, mae myfyrwyr yn datblygu eu dealltwriaeth o boblogaethau newidiol ysgolion yng Nghymru ac anghenion gwahanol ac eang pob dysgwr. Mae ffocws penodol ar Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (ADY) a'r polisi cyfredol. Mae'r modiwl yn paratoi myfyrwyr ar gyfer ysgrifennu a gweithredu cynlluniau datblygu unigol ac yn sicrhau dealltwriaeth ddofn o'r Cod ADY. Bydd yr athrawon cyswllt yn datblygu eu hyfedredd mewn sgiliau iaith personol Cymraeg o’u cam trothwy drwy adeiladu ar eu gwybodaeth am iaith, cystrawen a gramadeg yn unol â gofynion y Fframwaith iaith [Cymraeg] ar gyfer ymarferwyr addysgol, Llywodraeth Cymru.
