ALPHAcademy is hosting FREE workshops in a range of topics related to preventative health, health equity and leadership.. These workshops will support learners to upskill in a flexible way and in a time frame to suit the demands of their roles.
Each workshop is credit bearing and can be used towards one of the postgraduate qualifications available through the ALPHAcademy.
Each workshop will be facilitated by a leading topic expert and will be hosted online.
All of our workshops are completely FREE and open for all to attend. Further details about the workshops and how to register are available to the right.

Information about these workshops
Delegates will be guided in a step-by-step model for successfully building, embedding and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement within their service, team or organisation. This step-by-step model has been used successfully within both private and public sectors and includes the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge needed by leaders in order to execute an effective and strategic framework of change. As part of the training, delegates will be supported in the implementation of the framework that embraces Lean, Solution-Oriented and Systems thinking in order to enhance their workplace culture and practice.
Information about the facilitator
As a psychologist Dr Ioan Rees has specialised in organisational change management and the coaching of leaders. As part of being Chief Executive of Sycol, he has designed and delivered several large-scale, government transformation projects and currently holds a role as a senior leadership coach for the Welsh Government. These two workshops come as a package, therefore you must attend the Introductory workshop before the Follow-up workshop.
