Christina Shennan is a teacher, trainer and supervisor for the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) at Bangor University and the Mindfulness Network. She works as a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher in Psychological Services in the NHS and in the oncology field, in hospice and day care settings. She teaches mindfulness programmes in primary care, the third sector, schools and to the general public. She has a particular interest in working with cancer patients and carers.
