Aimed at developing an improved understanding of the influence of woodland based initiatives on personal wellbeing and a greater insight into socio-geographic dimensions of woodland use and access.
A KESS funded research programme in partnership with The Woodland Trust and Actif Woods Wales.

Biography
I'm based at The College of Natural Sciences at Bangor University where I am a post-graduate researcher with a current focus on nature and well-being. I lecture on a Masters in Environmental and Business Management and several conservation modules. I'm also a trained Mindfulness Teacher and run mindfulness courses and nature based activities.
