Register for Rhythms of Life Doctoral Training Programme staff launch event and expertise database
Bangor University’s Rhythms of Life Leverhulme Doctoral Training Programme will recruit 30 Doctoral Scholars over the next three years to study how biological rhythms govern life on Earth and how human-induced environmental change impacts these rhythms both in terms of ecosystem health and human life and societies.
A staff launch event at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, 30 September in Reichel Hall will provide an overview of the programme, PhD project and candidate selection processes, and scholars' support and training. There will be time allocated for a Q&A session and networking activities to encourage new collaborations across the University. If you are interested in attending this event, please register here.
Updated PhD proposal instructions: The instructions for PhD project applications have been updated from the initial all-staff email announcement, which are available via our internal staff page. These changes have been made in response to staff requests for clarification regarding rules for application quotas and supervisory team experience.
The Rhythms of Life team is currently developing the programme website and would like to list staff from across the University with research interests and expertise aligned with the programme. If you would like to be included, enter your details here. This internal expertise database will also enable staff to find potential collaborators for developing PhD project proposals.
