Dr Sue Layland
Sue Layland joined CEBEI in September 2014 to complete a Masters by Research. In 2016 she undertook a PhD, completing in 2020. Previously she worked for twelve years supporting a local business with their information technology infrastructure and has completed a Psychology graduate conversion diploma with the Open University. She has a broad range of computer and infrastructure knowledge and combines this with an interest in social learning theory and behavioural change. She is also an approved foster carer and is interested in making behavioural training tools available as a resource for other foster carers, who often need help and strategies to manage with the behavioural challenges of children in placement.
