Which type of Open Day is for you?
We run two main types of open day. Our University Open Days are open to anyone who is considering choosing Bangor for their studies. Our UCAS Applicant Visit Days are specifically aimed at those who have already applied to UCAS for a course at Bangor and are designed to allow you to find out more about the course and other aspects of your studies.
University Open Days
A University Open Day is the best way for you to get to know Bangor University and find out what we have to offer, before you apply. On a University Open Day you’ll have the chance to visit our Academic departments, talk to our staff and students, tour our accommodation and view our facilities.
Our next University-wide Open Days will be held on:
- Saturday 30 June 2018
- Saturday 7 July 2018
UCAS Applicant Visit Days
If you have applied to study at Bangor in September 2018, you will be invited to attend a UCAS Applicant Visit Day early in the new year.
If you are unable to attend either a University Open Day or an Applicant Day, where possible, we will try and accommodate individual visits to the School. Please get in touch with us to arrange, either by email or telephone 01248 388453
The tour was great and I really liked the university - Bangor is beautiful. I also wanted to mention how great Chloe was. She was an excellent tour guide, answered all our questions and made me laugh as well. We were with her for two and a half hours and she was very patient.Ruth - Undergraduate Applicant
We are located in beautiful north Wales, between the Snowdonia mountains and the Menai Straits. Bangor has excellent transport links and is only few hours from major cities, including Liverpool, Manchester and Dublin.
Can’t wait for the Open Day?
