Payroll FAQs
If you are unable to access your iTrent Employee Self-Service (ESS) account, please contact Digital Services via helpdesk@bangor.ac.uk
Sign in to your ESS account and navigate to ‘My Pay’ on the left of the screen. Before leaving University employment, you must download your P60 and recent payslips. Access to the ESS portal is typically deactivated shortly after your departure. To avoid delays later, please save copies of these documents to a personal device or cloud storage while you still have access.
Your P45 will be available via iTrent ESS once you leave employment. You will retain access to the ESS system for two weeks after your official leave date. You must download and save your P45 and any final payslips during this window.
Login to the iTrent Employee Self Services Portal (ESS) Once the dashboard appears, select View Profile on the left of the screen, then scroll to the section ‘Bank details.’ If your bank details need amending, then you need to contact the payroll section (payroll@bangor.ac.uk) and let us know you want to change your details. We will call you to undertake further security checks before amending.
Please note that these requests are not handled by Payroll. For all staff costing inquiries, please contact the Management Accountant responsible for your specific department or section.
