With so much information on the internet, newspapers and magazines, if can be quite difficult to figure out a healthy way to manage your weight. This programme will cover a range of useful topics to support and encourage participants to help change their eating habits and become more active.”
The programme has been designed to support individuals with a BMI between 25>30. For those unsure of their BMI, it will be determined during the first session.
The eight week programme costs £28 and can only facilitate 12 participants, therefore early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
