What's Happening in Black British History? XIV
Following the success of our previous events in London, Liverpool, Bristol, Preston, Huddersfield and Leicester, we would like to invite you to the fourteenth of the What's Happening in Black British History? Workshops (WHBBHXIV), which will be held at Bangor University in North Wales on Saturday 14 May 2022. The event will be focused on Welsh Black History, with a keynote from Professor Charlotte Williams, OBE, followed by sessions exploring the latest developments in Wales, histories from the Victorian Age through to the interwar years, and artistic and poetic responses. The day will end with a Drinks Reception with music.
