I am an Advanced Speech and Language Therapist with extensive clinical and leadership experience across diverse healthcare settings in South-East England, the Midlands, and Wales.

In addition to my clinical background, I have held senior leadership positions within the NHS, with responsibility for strategic planning, service transformation, organisational change, and the management of workforce, performance, governance, financial, and operational resources.

My research interests centre on clinical supervision as a mechanism for enhancing the quality and safety of patient care, while supporting the professional development, wellbeing, and sustainability of the healthcare workforce. I am particularly interested in understanding how supervision contributes to effective clinical practice and organisational resilience.
