We are excited to invite you to the next talk in the Conservation and Restoration of Resilient Ecosystem seminar series!
Matt Hayward is Professor of Conservation Science and Founding Director of the Centre for Conservation Science at the University of Newcastle Australia,
Since returning to Australia, former Bangor academic, Matt has had teams researching ways to conserve threatened frogs and mammals, as well as working on broader conservation issues in Australia. This talk will discuss the conservation actions his team has employed to conserve the endangered Littlejohn’s tree frog and parma wallaby, while expanding into the inadequacy of biodiversity monitoring across the continent and offering solutions to this problem.
All welcome!
