Module ENC-2200:
Dulliau Offerynnol

Dulliau Offerynnol i Wyddonwyr Amgylcheddol 2025-26
ENC-2200
2025-26
Ysgol Gwyddorau Amgylcheddol a Naturiol
Modiwl - Semester 1 a 2
20 credits
Module Organiser: Enlli Harper
Overview

Mae’r modiwl hwn yn cyflwyno theori sylfaenol, offeryniaeth, a dadansoddi data o dechnegau offerynnol a dadansoddol amrywiol mewn darlithoedd cysyniad allweddol a fydd yn arwain at sesiynau labordai neu weithdai cysylltiedig. Mae pwyslais y modiwl hwn ar ddarparu profiad ymarferol o ddefnyddio gwahanol ddulliau dadansoddol.

Mae'r modiwl yn cyflwyno dulliau offerynnol a ddefnyddir wrth ddadansoddi sylweddau a deunyddiau sy'n berthnasol i fyfyrwyr ar bob cwrs gradd sy'n seiliedig ar wyddoniaeth. Bydd theori gefndirol, offeryniaeth, dadansoddi, a dehongli data dadansoddol gwahanol dechnegau dadansoddol yn cael eu harchwilio. Gall y technegau dadansoddol a drafodir cynnwys dadansoddiad elfennol, electrocemeg, sbectrosgopeg isgoch, sbectrometreg màs, sbectrosgopeg cyseiniant magnetig niwclear, dulliau syml o gromatograffeg, HPLC, GC-MS, sbectrosgopeg UV-Gweladwy, diffreithiant pelydr-x a phennu ïonau metel gan ddefnyddio techneg ddadansoddol.

Assessment Strategy

-trothwy -Trothwy (40 - 59%). Gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth sylfaenol o gynnwys y cwrs; problemau o natur sylfaenol yn cael eu datrys yn ddigonol at ei gilydd; arbrofion labordy'n cael eu cyflawni’n weddol llwyddiannus fel rheol, er na sylweddolir yn llwyr efallai arwyddocâd a chyfyngiadau'r data ac/neu arsylwadau arbrofol; sgiliau trosglwyddadwy ar lefel sylfaenol.

-da -Da(60-69%). Sylfaen wybodaeth yn cynnwys holl agweddau hanfodol y deunydd pwnc a gafodd sylw yn y rhaglen gan ddangos tystiolaeth dda o ymholi tu hwnt i hyn. Dealltwriaeth gysyniadol yn dda. Problemau o natur gyfarwydd ac anghyfarwydd yn cael eu datrys mewn ffordd resymegol; atebion at ei gilydd yn gywir a derbyniol. Gwneir gwaith labordy mewn modd dibynadwy ac effeithlon, gyda dealltwriaeth dda o ddadansoddi data yn amlwg yn y disgrifiadau o'r arbrofion. Mae’r perfformiad yn y sgiliau trosglwyddadwy yn gadarn ac nid yw’n dangos unrhyw ddiffygion arwyddocaol.

-ardderchog -Ardderchog(7+0%). Sylfaen wybodaeth yn helaeth ac yn ymestyn ymhell tu hwnt i’r gwaith a gafodd sylw yn y rhaglen. Dealltwriaeth gysyniadol yn eithriadol. Caiff problemau o natur gyfarwydd ac anghyfarwydd eu datrys yn effeithlon a chywir; caiff dulliau datrys problemau eu haddasu yn unol â natur y rhaglen. Mae’r gwaith labordy'n ardderchog ac yn dangos dadansoddiad a gwerthusiad trylwyr o ganlyniadau arbrofion, gydag awgrymiadau priodol ar gyfer gwella. Mae’r perfformiad yn y sgiliau trosglwyddadwy yn dda iawn ar y cyfan.

Learning Outcomes

  • Arddangos sgiliau dadansoddi meintiol.

  • Cynnal arbrofion dadansoddol syml, gan ddefnyddio dulliau gwahanol, i wahanu, nodweddu ac/neu feintioli cyfansoddion a deunyddiau.

  • Dehongli data dadansoddol a gynhyrchir o’r dulliau offerynnol a dadansoddol.

  • Esbonio egwyddorion sylfaenol gwahanol ddulliau mewn cemeg ddadansoddol.
