•Symbolau cylched ac ymddygiad signal mawr gwrthyddion, ffynonellau foltedd a generadur cerrynt.

•Esboniad ffisegol o ddull gweithredu deuodau a thransistorau. Nodweddion I-V. Dulliau gogwyddo at bwynt gweithredu (llonydd).

•Gwrthiant signalau mawr yn erbyn gwrthiant signalau bach. Cyfrifo gwrthiant signalau bach. Cyfluniadau transistoriaid a'u cylchedau cyfwerth â signalau bach. Sain un cam a chwyddseinyddion byffer.
