Overview

Mae modiwl y traethawd hir yn helpu myfyrwyr i ddilyn ymchwil fawr neu brosiect a arweinir gan ymarfer mewn astudiaethau cyfieithu, dan arweiniad tîm goruchwylio. Unwaith y daw'r addysgu i ben, bydd myfyrwyr yn treulio gweddill y cwrs (hyd at ddiwedd mis Medi) yn ymchwilio ac yn ysgrifennu traethawd hir o uchafswm. o 15,000 o eiriau o hyd. Mae'r opsiynau'n cynnwys: cyfieithiad ymarferol ynghyd â sylwebaeth feirniadol; trafodaeth a arweinir gan ymchwil o agweddau damcaniaethol, diwylliannol, technolegol neu hanesyddol ar gyfieithu; neu ddadansoddiad o gyfieithiad presennol.
