The University’s Inclusive Bangor Scholarships are to support students who wish to continue their studies at Bangor but who may not otherwise be able to due to structural or financial barriers.
We particularly encourage applications from students who have faced barriers or inequalities due to having one or more protected characteristics (as stated in the Equality act) and/or economic disadvantage.
The scholarships will allow us to highlight and celebrate the diversity and inclusivity of our student population at Bangor University and to ensure the student voice and experience is embedded in our EDI agenda. We would like to support the career development of our students and offer the scholarship holders the opportunity to participate in this work should they wish to do this.
These Scholarships are for a masters degree (taught or by research) in any discipline. One scholarship per College will be awarded.
