Reda AbdelKareem is, as of September 2015, a PhD student in Bangor Business Schoolon "Strategic Evaluation in Recent Production Projects", and Senior Research Assistant for forLAB. He earned his Masters in Human Resource Management from Menoufiya University (January 2014) and Bachelor of Business Administration (May 2007) with honours from Kafr elsheikh University, both in Egypt. After obtaining his BA he worked as Assistant lecturer in the Business Administration Department, Faculty of Commerce, Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt.

Current Research

An Analysis of Strategic Approaches Undertaken within the SME Sector in Egypt. Moreover, it seeks to examine the effectiveness of their implementation of strategic planning in their business. Finally, it will provide a guiding framework for Egyptian SMEs on how to effectively apply strategic planning in their business and accurately evaluate the implementation process
