Overview

Mae Cyflwyno Llenyddiaeth Gymraeg yn un o dri modiwl sy'n ymffurfio'n flwyddyn sylfaen Cymraeg (i Ddechreuwyr) a baratoir gan Ysgol y Gymraeg a'r Ganolfan Cymraeg i Oedolion. Dyma amlinelliad o'i gynnwys:

  1. Adventus y Saeson a chyfnod y Cynfeirdd: y canu llys cynnar a’r canu englynol
  2. Cyfnod y Normaniaid a chanu Beirdd y Tywysogion
  3. Cyfreithiau Hywel Dda
  4. Y traddodiad rhyddiaith cynnar: chwedlau brodorol y Mabinogion a chyfieithiadau pwysig megis Brut y Brenhinedd.
  5. Y Cywyddwyr a’r gynghanedd
  6. Y traddodiad llawysgrifol

Assessment Strategy

-threshold -(D) TrothwyBydd myfyrwyr trothwyol (graddau D isel) yn arddangos rhychwant o wybodaeth briodol – neu ddyfnder priodol – mewn o leiaf rannau o’r maes perthnasol, a byddant yn llwyddo’n rhannol o leiaf i greu dadlau sy’n mynd i’r afael â’r pynciau a drafodir.

-good -(B) Da Bydd myfyrwyr da (graddau B) yn arddangos galluoedd sicr yn yr holl agweddau a nodwyd yn y paragraff uchod, gan gynnwys safon eu hiaith ysgrifenedig a llafar.

-excellent -(A) Rhagorol Bydd myfyrwyr ardderchog (graddau A) yn arddangos y galluoedd sicr hyn ar draws y meini prawf, yn ogystal â dyfnder arbennig yn eu gwybodaeth a/neu gywreinrwydd eu dadansoddi. Dangosant hefyd wreiddioldeb yn eu gwaith darllen a dehongli. Byddant yn arddangos dealltwriaeth gynyddol o’r testunau yn yr iaith wreiddiol.

Learning Outcomes

  • Yn deall pwysigrwydd y gweithiau a’r awduron hyn, a’u cyfraniad i ddatblygiad y traddodiad llenyddol Cymraeg.

  • Yn medru deall a defnyddio geirfa berthnasol a gyflwynir yn ystod y modiwl.

  • Yn medru mynegi barn yn glir ac yn ddealladwy ar lafar am y darnau o lenyddiaeth a’r cyfnodau hanesyddol dan sylw.

  • Yn medru mynegi barn yn glir ac yn ddealladwy yn ysgrifenedig am y darnau o lenyddiaeth a’r cyfnodau hanesyddol dan sylw.

  • Yn medru ystyried y gweithiau llenyddol yn eu cyd-destun hanesyddol a diwylliannol, gan ddangos ymwybyddiaeth o berthynas y llenyddiaeth i rai o brif gysyniadau’r cyfnodau dan sylw.
