Overview

Mae'r modiwl yma yn gyflwyniad i'r byd o hawliau, byddwn yn cyflwyno’r cysyniad o Hawliau Dynol a Phlant. Gan gwmpasu y CCUHP o’r cychwyn cyntaf hyd at hawliau heddiw, bydd y modiwl hwn yn edrych ar hawliau yng Nghymru ers datganoli – gan edrych ar weithrediad ymarferol hawliau, yn ogystal â sut i sicrhau bod plant yn ymwybodol o’u hawliau. Cawn olwg ar hawliau cyfranogiad gwrando ar blant a rhoi llais iddynt. Rhoddir sylw i hawliau ledled y byd, byddwn yn edrych ar weithrediad CCUHP mewn gwledydd lle mae arferion diwylliannol a thraddodiadol yn aml yn cael blaenoriaeth dros hawliau plant.

Hawliau i mewn deddfwriaeth: enghreifftiau Tensiynau a Phersbectifau: budd gorau plentyn Safbwyntiau diwylliannol ar hawliau Hawliau ar waith: astudiaethau achos Hawliau cyfranogiad plant ac Erthygl 12 Comisiynwyr Plant y DU Polisi a strategaethau addysgol i'w hyrwyddo dealltwriaeth o hawliau plant Athroniaeth i Blant (P4C) fel offeryn addysgu ar gyfer Hawliau Hawliau plant: diwylliant, hunaniaeth ac amrywiaeth y CCUHP a hawliau diwylliannol plant Mae perthnasedd diwylliannol mewn hawliau plant yn ymarfer 'buddiannau gorau'r plentyn' mewn cyd-destunau diwylliannol amrywiol Tokenistiaeth, rhethreg a realiti hawliau plant
