Open lecture on the Creation of the Czech vernacular liturgy in Budapest

Hana Vlhová-Wőrner gave on 9. 11. 2015 in Budapest, the Calvinist Reformed Church (Budai Református Egyházkőzség), an open lecture on the creation of the Czech vernacular liturgy in the early fifteenth century. 

The lecture was opened by the State Secretary of the Hungarian Ministry of Culture and attended by members of the Czech diplomatic body and honorable members of the Budapest University. 

Following the lecture, the Schola cantorum conducted by Prof. Dr. Déri Balász performed in the fully booked church selected chants of the Czech vernacular liturgy documented in the so-called Jistebnice Cantionale, from the critical edition published by Hana Vlhová-Wőrner in collaboration with David Holeton in 2006.
