Agresso Helpdesk – Staff Changes
Clare Brass has left the Agresso Helpdesk Support Team to take up a new post in Student Services and we all wish her the very best in her new and exciting job.
IT Services will be recruiting as quickly as possible to fill the vacancy but in the meantime you are urged to make the maximum use possible of the online training materials and the two very useful Agresso troubleshooting guides that Clare has written before contacting the Agresso Helpdesk.
Agresso training manuals and the troubleshooting guides can be accessed directly from the initial news web page that appears on the Agresso Web Services by clicking the ‘Agresso manuals’ button at the top of the side menu bar.
