Eligibility and Cost
Eligibility
The NWBA is designed for private sector companies based in North Wales. The Academy primarily works with businesses within the priority sectors as identified by the Welsh Government, this covers most small-medium enterprises. The sectors are:

Cost
Each NWBA module costs between £150 and £250 (this is the cost per participant, per module). The programme is heavily subsidised through the European Social Fund, with up to a 70% discount the training.
The cost to a business is dependent on the size of the company:

Included in the cost is:
For the SBA: 2 x full days’ experiential training at Bangor University; mentoring visits to your workplace; access to all learning materials; and lunch and refreshments during the training days.
For Phase Two modules: 3 x full days’ experiential training at Bangor University; tutor support; access to all learning materials; and lunch and refreshments during the training days.
