This week our focus is on the Cross Stitch! 

Historical evidence suggests that cross-stitch embroidery thrived during the Tang dynasty in China (618-906 AD). Cross stitch is still popular in modern China, especially when it comes to decoration around the living room. In this activity, we will learn basic information about cross stitch and explore traditional patterns and their meaning. If you join us, you can even have a go and embroider a small pattern yourself!

No registration is necessary, just drop by and have a go!
