Amcanion cyffredinol
Ydych chi erioed wedi meddwl sut mae arbenigwyr cryfder a chyflyru yn helpu i wella perfformiad corfforol athletwyr elitaidd? Sut ydyn ni'n asesu anghenion hyfforddi athletwyr o amrywiaeth o chwaraeon? Sut ydyn ni'n paratoi athletwyr ar gyfer hyfforddiant, ac yn cynllunio a darparu sesiynau cyflyru yn effeithiol i wneud y gorau o berfformiad athletwyr? Bydd y modiwl hwn yn rhoi'r cysyniadau damcaniaethol sylfaenol a'r technegau ymarferol i chi i helpu i ateb y cwestiynau hyn. Os ydych chi'n chwilio am yrfa yn gweithio gydag athletwyr proffesiynol a pherfformiad uchel, bydd y modiwl hwn yn cychwyn ar eich taith o fewn y maes amlddisgyblaethol a chyffrous o gryfder a chyflyru.
Cynnwys cwrs
Cyflwynir y modiwl gan staff achrededig sydd wedi gweithio fel ymarferwyr ym maes cryfder a chyflyru o fewn llwybrau chwaraeon proffesiynol a pherfformio, ac maent yn ymgynghorwyr gweithredol ac yn ymchwilwyr yn y maes. Yn ystod y cwrs, byddwch yn dysgu am ddamcaniaethau sylfaenol hyfforddi gwyddoniaeth, sut y gall ffactorau fel proffiliau athletwyr unigol, gofynion ffisiolegol a phroffil anaf y gamp effeithio ar y broses cryfder a chyflyru. Ochr yn ochr â chysyniadau damcaniaethol hyfforddiant byddwch yn ymarfer y technegau ymarferol sylfaenol sy'n sail i ddarparu hyfforddiant, megis hyfforddiant cyflymder, cryfder a dygnwch

trothwy
D- Bydd myfyrwyr yn gallu dangos gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth ddigonol o egwyddorion damcaniaethol cryfder a chyflyru a'r broses dadansoddi anghenion. Byddant hefyd yn dangos gwybodaeth ddigonol am bresgripsiwn hyfforddi a sut i gymhwyso'r wybodaeth hon wrth ddylunio sesiynau hyfforddi cryfder a chyflyru.
rhagorol
A- Students will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the theoretical principles of strength and conditioning and the needs analysis process. They will also demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of training prescription and how to apply this knowledge to the design of clear and professionally appropriate strength and conditioning training sessions.
