Information about these workshops
Delegates will be guided in a step-by-step model for successfully building, embedding and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement within their service, team or organisation. This step-by-step model has been used successfully within both private and public sectors and includes the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge needed by leaders in order to execute an effective and strategic framework of change. As part of the training, delegates will be supported in the implementation of the framework that embraces Lean, Solution-Oriented and Systems thinking in order to enhance their workplace culture and practice.
Information about the facilitator
As a psychologist Dr Ioan Rees has specialised in organisational change management and the coaching of leaders. As part of being Chief Executive of Sycol, he has designed and delivered several large-scale, government transformation projects and currently holds a role as a senior leadership coach for the Welsh Government.
