North Wales School of Law Welcome from the Head of School

I am delighted to welcome you to the North Wales School of Law.

The School brings together Law, Criminology, Policing and Sociology to help you understand the relationship between law, justice and society.   Rooted in North Wales, with a global outlook, your studies will explore how laws, institutions and social systems shape people's lives. You'll engage with the ideas, debates and challenges affecting communities locally, nationally and internationally, developing an understanding of how law and justice can contribute to addressing some of society's most pressing issues.

This is an exciting time to be part of the North Wales School of Law. I invite you to explore our undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes and discover the opportunities available to help you achieve your ambitions.

Bangor University Legal Advice Clinic (BULAC)

The Bangor University Legal Advice Clinic (BULAC) provides free legal advice to members of the public (and staff and students). All advice is given by final year law students at Bangor University, supervised by qualified solicitors. BULAC aims to combine the need for access to justice within the local area, and to continue to connect the University to the local community whilst providing exceptional clinical legal education to our students.
