We offer a range of support services and encourage anyone with concerns to reach out for support.
- Wellbeing and Inclusivity Service: Our Wellbeing and Inclusivity Service is here if you need to talk to someone in relation to your mental health or would like to access some emotional support. You can contact the team by emailing: wellbeingservices@bangor.ac.uk.
- Our 24/7 Student Assistance Programme offers round-the-clock support for your wellbeing and mental health needs.
- Self-help and wellbeing resources: There’s a range of wellbeing resources and self-help tools available throughout the year on our website.
- Support from your fellow students: You might also find support and solidarity through student-led societies and networks, especially those linked to nationality, culture, faith or shared interests.
- Academic support: If you need academic support or adjustments, please contact your Personal Tutor.
- Chaplaincy Team: The Chaplaincy Team offers multi-faith pastoral care and support if you’d like to talk. You can contact them by emailing: chaplaincy@bangor.ac.uk.
- Student Success: Student Advice Team: Staff can support you with welfare and financial concerns, including visa advice, travel restrictions, and guidance on applying to the University’s Hardship Fund. If you are an international student, please e-mail internationalsupport@bangor.ac.uk, if you are a UK student please contact moneysupport@bangor.ac.uk.
