iCan Overcome Exam Stress
Everyone experiences stress about exams-in fact a measure of stress is helpful and enhances performance. But sometimes stress levels become excessive, clear thinking becomes difficult, health problems are triggered and performance in exams declines dramatically.
This workshop will seek to understand the nature and causes of exam stress and look at coping strategies and ways of managing stress in order to ensure the best possible performance.
Stress reduction strategies are much more effective if put into practice before the exams start so that you can feel well prepared and confident.
