Welcome to the Dyslexia Team
The Dyslexia Team has moved online from 23rd March 2020 to accommodate home working.
Whether you are staying in Bangor or have returned to your home town / country due to Coronavirus, you can still access our services and resources, including speaking with our SpLD Advisers and having your queries answered, and / or arranging your one to one specialist study skills and strategy support – we look forward to hearing from you!
To arrange one to one specialist study skills and strategy support online, please contact: email@example.com
Your allocated tutor will be able to advise you regarding the setting up of online support as relevant. For example, via Skype for Business or through Teams which is accessible through your student account: https://teams.microsoft.com/
To discuss any disability-related concerns impacting upon your studies, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are unsure who to contact in the first instance, please contact: email@example.com
We are not currently running the term time daily drop-in sessions.
The Dyslexia Team provide advice and support for Bangor University students with dyslexia, and other specific learning differences (SpLDs) such as dyspraxia, dyscalculia, visual sensitivity and attention deficit disorder (ADD) / attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD).
We can support you with building learning skills and tackling study requirements, either on a regular or as needs basis if you are registered with the service and have a personal learning support plan in place.
