Visit Us

The best way to really get a taste of Bangor, is to come and visit. An Open Day is the perfect place to start!

Open Days

During an Open Day you'll get the chance to meet staff and students, find out about courses, take a look around the University and visit our Halls of Residence. You'll also hear about student life in Bangor, what accommodation we have on offer and our Money Support Officer will take you through the ins and outs of student finance.

Four University Open Days are held throughout the year, in the summer and autumn. Before making an application to Bangor, it's a good idea to come along to an Open Day to find out more about the University.

UCAS Applicant Visit Days

Once your son or daughter has applied to study at Bangor they will then be invited to a UCAS Applicant Visit Days, hosted by the Academic School you have applied to. The UCAS Open Days give you another chance to look around the University and meet course lecturers, staff and students.

If none of the Open Day dates suit your family, please contact us to arrange a visit.

Take a look at our Open Day site to view videos and a photogallery for a glimpse of what goes on and to register for our next Open Days.
