Our cinema screen has no re-opened! With reduced capacities and screenings to ensure the safety of our customers we have a broad range of films, with something for everyone! Over the summer we will have a series of outdoor events in our festival, Gŵyl Goncrit, hosted in our Loading Bay to welcome customers back to Pontio. We look forward to welcoming you here.

Pontio is Bangor's arts and innovation centre and is open to all.

The centre on Deiniol Road provides an exciting venue in the City: the perfect place to go out, meet up and unwind.

You can benefit from Pontio’s learning spaces, all kitted out with the latest interactive technologies and you are able to enjoy the building’s amazing entertainment facilities with a theatre, studio theatre, cinema space and outdoor screens. Home to the Students’ Union, Pontio is at the centre of campus life, providing new jobs, volunteering opportunities and valuable work experience.

Every season includes music, drama, comedy, circus and dance from around the world, as well as a programme of films to suit every taste.
