Caernarvon Advertiser- January - March 1822
The first edition was published on 5th January 1822 and the last on 30th March the same year. The owner, publisher, editor and printer of the paper was James Hulme.  Hulme had been apprenticed with Charles Broster in the offices of the North Wales Gazette in Bangor before establishing as a printer in Caernarfon in 1817.  A treatment of Hulme and the Caernarfon Advertiser can be found in Hanes y Wasg Gyfnodol a Gweisg Caernarfon hyd 1875 - R Maldwyn Thomas.
