Bookings

Sports Halls

The halls can be booked up to six days in advance at the reception desk or by telephone, when not prebooked by Athletic Union clubs, Recreation and Fitness classes or other groups. It is recommended that you book in advance for Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis, 5 a side football etc. Block bookings can be taken, please contact the Reception desk for an application form.

Weights and CV room

In order to use the Weights and Cardiovascular rooms you must have undertaken an induction. You must book at the Reception desk and payment is necessary when you make the booking. You will be issued with a card once the induction has been completed which must be showed at the reception desk each time you come to use the facilities. Once you have completed the induction no booking is necessary for individual use of the fitness rooms. You must be over 16 years of age to use the fitness rooms.

Squash Courts

Squash courts are available during Sports Centre opening hours and may be booked by phone or at reception. As courts are booked for 45 minute slots the first booking is at 9.15am. When paying for your court you will be given a lights card which you place in the box outside your court. This will turn the lights on for 45mins.

Climbing Wall

No booking required though large groups are requested to phone before arrival and to avoid peak times. There is no entry to under 18s in the climbing wall.

Synthetic Pitch and Treborth 3G pitch

Bookings can be made up to 6 days in advance at the reception desk or by telephone.

Football and Rugby Pitches

All bookings are made at the Sports Centre Reception and must be seven days in advance of the required date.

Bookings for the track are to be made through sportsbookings@bangor.ac.uk or phone Reception on 01248 382571
