Undergraduate Degree Programmes
Bangor Business School's degrees have been developed by specialists who have vast experience in their fields. Many of our staff have undertaken consultancy work for governments and financial institutions, while others have joined us from industry.
Our programmes cover the following disciplines:
- Business Studies
All first year students follow the same core modules, giving them a taste of each of the subject areas. By following this common syllabus, students have the flexibility to change their degree scheme at any time up until the start of Year 2.
We also offer joint honours degree programmes, where the above subjects can be combined with a subject from another academic school. Thanks to the modular structure of our degree programmes, even students on single honours programmes have the option to choose modules from elsewhere in the university (depending on the degree scheme, and the programme timetable).
Superb learning environment
We place emphasis on friendly and informal relationships between staff and students, resulting in a supportive, engaging and dynamic learning environment. One of the advantages of studying with us is that you can easily make personal contact with members of staff, who are always ready and willing to assist you with any difficulties which you may encounter during your studies. We encourage staff to establish an excellent working relationship with their students, both during and after they successfully complete their degree with us. Indeed, many of our undergraduates return to Bangor at a later stage in their career and continue their studies on one of our internationally recognised postgraduate or research programmes.
If you know Bangor and North Wales then you'll also know that we are situated in one of the most beautiful locations in the United Kingdom, providing our students with a quality of life and a wealth of experiences outside - as well as inside - the classroom that no other institution can match.
