This module is a production module for students interested in Theatre Production. Be it performing in a live performance or as part of the production crew. It involves an intensive block of rehearsal leading to a public production of a play. The production is designed to showcase students' talents.
Students can gain practical experience by immersing themselves in the process of producing and performing a play text in this module.
They will be able to hone their skills during performance, while reflecting on the actual production to gain a rounded contextual understanding of contemporary theatre.
During the production module the students might be called upon to work longer hours, either rehearsing or on production roles such as assistant director or stage manager for example.
