I am a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Physiology, program lead for the BSc Sport Science: Strength and Conditioning and coordinate the placement program for the school. Before arriving in Bangor, I spent 8 years working as a strength & conditioning coach and sport scientist within various performance pathways and professional sports. My teaching and research reflects this interest in applied sport science and physical preparation of athletes. I have ongoing research in sport injury, long-term athlete development and athlete monitoring and assessment.
