Current Research

To investigate the role of subjective norm (SN) in influencing consumers’ intentions and actual behaviours in the context of online purchase behaviour. To examine whether actual subjective norm (ASN) has direct effect on behaviour and/or moderate the relationship between intention and behaviour, particularly in an online context.
