UCAS Applicant Visit Days

  • Saturday 3 February 2018
  • Wednesday 21 February 2018
  • Saturday 10 March 2018
  • Saturday 14 April 2018

We invite all successful applicants to attend one of our School Post-Application Open Days (known as UCAS Applicant Visit Days). To reflect the level of importance we assign to Open Days and to encourage you to attend we offer up to £40 towards travel and accommodation expenses to Undergraduate Open Day participants. You may find that we are just what you are looking for, you may find that we are not (we can’t please everyone!) but either way it will be a day well spent. If you are serious about your future study you really have no excuse not to come! So hopefully we will see you at one of the above events.

University-wide Open Days

Bangor University also runs a series of pre-application open days that are very useful in helping you decide whether you wish to apply to us. Although there is some repetition between the two, we recommend that you attend a School of Psychology Open Day even if you have been to a University wide one before. You will learn something new!

Our Location

We are located in beautiful north Wales, between the Snowdonia Mountains and the Menai Straits. Bangor has excellent transport links and is only few hours from major cities, including Liverpool, Manchester and Dublin. You can find more travel and location information here.

Need a place to stay?

You may find this website handy as it has a page focused on options around Bangor University, including the management centre which is in the University.
