Teaching and Learning Strategy

Hours
Lecture

Bydd yr amser cyswllt yn cynnwys darlithoedd traddodiadol gydag amser ar gyfer meddwl yn feirniadol, trafodaeth, ac yn ymarferol (unigol a grŵp) gwaith. Mae'r holl weithgareddau hyn yn cael eu ymostwng i wella eich dealltwriaeth, eich helpu i fonitro eich dysgu a chynnydd, ac yn eich paratoi ar gyfer gwahanol asesiadau. Yn ogystal, bydd llawer o'r gweithgareddau yn rhoi sgiliau a fydd yn ddefnyddiol ar gyfer modiwlau eraill ac y gweithle. Contact time will consist of a traditional lectures with time for critical thinking, discussion, and practical (individual and group) work. All these activities are deigned to enhance your understanding, help you monitor your learning and progression, and prepare you for the various assessments. In addition, many of the activities will provide you with skills that will be useful for other modules and the work place.

48
Practical classes and workshops

Bydd yr amser cyswllt yn cynnwys casglu data ar gyfer eich aseiniad terfynol ynghyd â phrofiad ymarferol o ddefnyddio'r SPSS pecyn stats cyfrifiadurol. Bydd y sesiynau hyn byddwch yn cael budd yn ystod y modiwl ac yn ystod gweddill eich cynnydd academaidd ym mlynyddoedd 2 a 3, ynghyd â darparu sgiliau sy'n ddefnyddiol ar gyfer y gweithle.

Contact time will consist of a data collection for your final assignment together with practical experience of using the SPSS computer stats package. These sessions will benefit you both during the module and during the rest of your academic progression in years 2 and 3, together with providing skills that are useful for the work place.

8
Private study

Mae'r rhain yn oriau astudio preifat lle bydd disgwyl i chi ddarllen unrhyw ddeunyddiau ac ymchwil cysylltiedig yn y pynciau a gyflwynir.

These are private study hours where you will be expected to read any associated materials and research into the topics presented.

120
Seminar

Mae'r sesiynau hyn yn cael eu dwyn y teitl 'dosbarthiadau gwella' ac yn rhedeg yn wythnosol er mwyn ychwanegu at yr wybodaeth a ddarparwyd yn ystod y darlithoedd. Maent yn darparu amser ychwanegol ar gyfer pob lefel cyflawniad myfyrwyr i wella eu dealltwriaeth o'r deunydd modiwlau. Mae'r rhain yn cael eu darparu yn ddwyieithog. These sessions are titled 'enhancement classes' and run weekly in order to supplement the information delivered during the lectures. They provide additional time for all achievement levels of students to further their understanding of the modules material.
