Overall aims and purpose
To provide participants with an objective and professional assessment of Islamic banking theory and practice and to identify the salient features of Islamic banking as a model for financial intermediation.
Course content
Theoretical foundations of Islamic Banking; Development of the Islamic banking model; Islamic banking products and services; Case studies around the world; Challenges facing the Islamic financial development.
