Overview

Mae ‘Mathau Llenyddol’ yn un o fodiwlau craidd MA: Ysgrifennu Creadigol, ac ynddo bydd cyfle i drafod ystod o weithiau llenyddol gan amryfal awduron a’r defnydd o genres neilltuol. Teilwrir yr union destunau llenyddol a drafodir at ofynion y myfyriwr unigol. Y nod yn y pen draw yw cynllunio rhaglen glòs ac ynddi berthynas organig rhwng darllen ar y naill law ac ysgrifennu ar y llall. Bydd cysylltiad tryloyw felly rhwng y traethawd a osodir a’r portffolio creadigol. Rhoddir sylw i hyfforddiant ymchwil o fewn y modiwlau unigol. At hynny, mewn cyfres o seminarau pwnc-benodol, trafodir amryw faterion sy’n berthnasol i’r broses o ymchwilio ar gyfer gwaith ôl-radd, e.e. cywair priodol ar gyfer traethodau academaidd, llên-ladrad, cywain ffynonellau, trefnu nodiadau, cynllunio llyfryddiaethau. Trwy gyfrwng ymweliadau â llyfrgelloedd ac archifdy PB, tynnir sylw at yr ystod o gronfeydd gwybodaeth sydd ar gael a’u defnyddioldeb i’r ymchwilydd unigol. Yn ogystal â sylw i’r agweddau ymarferol a thechnegol hyn ar weithgaredd ymchwil, bydd cyfle mewn seminarau i gyfranogi o amgylchedd ymchwil Ysgol y Gymraeg ac elwa ar y cyfle i drafod rhaglenni unigol yng nghwmni myfyrwyr ôl-radd ac ymchwil eraill.
