Overall aims and purpose

Mae’r modwl hwn yn darparu cyfleoedd i fyfyrwyr i gael profiadau proffesiynol priodol ar gyfer eu cyrsiau gradd . Gall ymestyn gorwelion parthed cyfleoedd gyflogaeth ôl raddedig wedi iddynt adael y Brifysgol. Mae’r cynllun yn adeiladu ar gyfres o sgiliau cafwyd eu meithrin fel rhan o Gynllun Gwobr Cyflogadwyedd Prifysgol Bangor ac mae’r lleoliad yn cyfrannu at y gyfres o sgiliau gellir eu cyfri tuag at y wobr. Rhaid i fyfyrwyr gymryd cyfrifoldeb parthed negodi lleoliad gyda darpar leolwyr ac fe fydd darparwyr yn asesu perfformiad y myfyrwyr tra eu bod ar y lleoliad gwaith. Mae myfyrwyr yn darparu portffolio sydd yn gwerthuso'r mudiad/ gweithle sydd wedi darparu’r lleoliad ynghyd ag hunan asesiad o’u perfformiad unigol.

Course content

Mae’r elfen ymarferol o’r modwl yn cynnwys lleoliad bloc o 15 - 20 diwrnod dylid ei gwblhau rhwng yr ail a’r drydedd flwyddyn ( y flwyddyn olaf.) Rhaid i’r lleoliad gael ei gymeradwyo gan gyfarwyddwr y modwl cyn y ceir caniatâd i ddechrau gwaith ar y lleoliad ; fe fydd y cyfarwyddwr hefyd yn monitro cynnydd y myfyriwr, gan amlaf trwy e-bost. Yn ystod y semester wedi iddynt gwblhau’r lleoliad, disgwylir i fyfyrwyr fynychu cyfarfod, tiwtorialau unigol ac i gyflwyno’r portffolio lleoliad

  4. Adolygu eu cyfraniad i’r gweithredoedd a hefyd i’r mudiad yn gyffredinol .

  5. Ystyried eu perfformiad ar y lleoliad yn gyd-destun rhinweddau personol, cryfderau a gwendidau sgiliau.

Decision making - able to decide firmly, clearly and swiftly upon a course of action from a series of options 6. Evaluation - able to examine the outcomes of tasks and events within the placement from a personal and organisational viewpoint also judge levels of quality and importance
