Overview

Bydd y modwl yn cyfuno dysgu trwy ddarlithoedd, seminarau a gwaith maes a fydd yn ymdrin â'r themâu canlynol:

Corfforaethau traws gwladol, diogelwch bwyd, priddoedd a thir. Effeithiau amgylcheddol a chymunedol bwyd byd-eang (De Byd-eang) e.e. Cliriadau a Phlanhigfeydd. Systemau bwyd traddodiadol ac amgen. Cyfundrefnau Bwyd, pecynnu a gwastraff. Ffermio, yr amgylchedd a chynhyrchu bwyd. Economïau bwyd wedi'u hail-leoli (Gogledd Byd-eang) a bwydydd sy'n seiliedig ar leoedd. Herion a gorwelion newydd mewn bwyd byd-eang cynaliadwy.

Trothwy -Graddau D- i C+: Dim bylchau neu wallau mawr wrth ddefnyddio gwybodaeth / sgiliau. Rhywfaint o afael ar elfennau ymarferol cysyniadol damcaniaethol. Integreiddio theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth yn bresennol yn ysbeidiol er mwyn cyflawni amcanion y gwaith a aseswyd.

Da-Graddau B- i B+: Llawer neu'r rhan fwyaf o'r wybodaeth a'r sgiliau perthnasol wedi'u defnyddio'n gywir. Gafael da/digonol ar elfennau damcaniaethol/cysyniadol/ymarferol. Integreiddio theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth da/teg wrth fynd ar drywydd amcanion y gwaith a aseswyd. Tystiolaeth o ddefnyddio sgiliau creadigol a myfyriol.

  • Arddangos sgiliau rhagorol wrth gyfathrebu datblygiadau newydd o fewn ac ar draws ystod eang o ddaearyddiaethau bwyd a diod.
