Overall aims and purpose
Mae’r cwrs yma wedi ei gynllunio ar gyfer myfyrwyr doethuriaeth er mwyn ddatblygu eu sgiliau addysgu Seicoleg mewn Addysgu Uwch. Pwrpas y cwrs yw annog dealltwriaeth o arferion addysgu personol, ac i gynorthwyo datblygiad academaidd yr unigolion. Nod y cwrs yw cynhyrchu addysgwyr cymwys a hyblyg, sy’n gallu hwyluso a chefnogi dysgu. Mi fydd y cwrs yma’n rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr ddatblygu eu sgiliau addysgu drwy ddysgu annibynnol, yn ogystal â chyfres eang o gyfleoedd addysgu. Anogir myfyrwyr i fyfyrio ac ystyried eu cynnydd gydag arsylwadau a gweithdai opsiynol. Wedi cwblhau'r lleoliad addysgu cyntaf (PPT4010), caiff myfyrwyr symud ymlaen at y modiwl yma (PPT4011). Wedi cwblhau'r ddau leoliad addysgu, caiff myfyrwyr y cyfle i gwblhau’r modiwl portffolio (PPT4012).
Course content
Mae’r cwrs yma’n rhan o gyfres o fodiwlau (PPT4010 a PPT4011) sydd wedi eu datblygu er mwyn ehangu sgiliau addysgu a dealltwriaeth o faterion o fewn Addysg Uwch, yn ogystal â’r ystyriaethau ymarferol sydd ynghlwm â rhedeg a datblygu cyrsiau Seicoleg o fewn Addysgu Uwch. Disgwylir i fyfyrwyr weithio fel rhan o dîm addysgu er mwyn cwblhau'r ddau leoliad addysgu.
Mae canolbwynt y cyrsiau yma ar yr elfen ymarferol o addysgu, yn hytrach na theori bedagogaidd. Nod y cwrs yw helpu myfyrwyr i fod yn addysgwyr cymwys a hyblyg, sy’n gallu hwyluso a chefnogi dysgu. Yn ogystal, cânt brofiad o’r mecanwaith ‘cudd’ sy’n hwyluso addysgu mewn Addysgu Uwch (e.e. rheoli ansawdd, cymedroli a.y.b.). Mi fydd y sgiliau yma’n hanfodol bwysig wrth ystyried eu datblygiad academaidd a’u cyflogadwyedd.
