Bydd y modiwl yma yn edrych ar y pynciau canlynol:

  • Egwyddorion, theoriau a modelau dysgu oedolion
  • Egwyddorion asesu cymhwysedd, yn cynnwys gwrthrychedd, cysondeb a thegwch
  • Darparu a derbyn adborth
  • Modelau goruchwyliaeth proffesiynol
  • Damcaniaethau pwêr, defnydd o awdurdod a sicrhau atebolrwydd
  • Damcaniaethau a modelau gwaith cymdeithasol
  • Damcaniaethau a modelau adlewyrchu
  • Dealltwriaeth feirniadol o gyfyng-gyngor proffesiynol, moesegol a
    gwleidyddol mewn proffesiwn dadleuol megis gwaith cymdeithasol
  • Darparu tystiolaeth / Portffolio
  • Rol yr Athro/awes Ymarfer ac eraill o fewn y broses

Assessment Strategy

-threshold -Trothwy50%> Dylai'r myfyriwr trothwy ddangos gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o addysgu ac asesu ymarfer mewn gwaith cymdeithasol. Yn ychwanegol i hyn, bydd yn arddangos gallu i gymhwyso hyn i sefyllfaoedd ymarfer, gan gynnwys dealltwriaeth, dadansoddiad a gwerthusiad beirniadol o faterion cyfyng-gyngor a gwerthoedd cysylltiedig. Dylai fod gallu hefyd i ddadansoddi a gwerthuso'n feirniadol ymchwil mewn perthynas ag addysg ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol yng Nghymru.

-good -Da60%> Dylai'r myfyriwr 'nodweddiadol' ddangos lefel gadarn o wybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o addysgu ac asesu ymarfer mewn gwaith cymdeithasol. Yn ychwanegol i hyn, bydd yn arddangos gallu clir i gymhwyso hyn i sefyllfaoedd ymarfer, gan gynnwys dealltwriaeth, dadansoddiad a gwerthusiad beirniadol o faterion cyfyng-gyngor a gwerthoedd cysylltiedig. Dylai fod gallu clir hefyd i ddadansoddi a gwerthuso'n feirniadol ymchwil mewn perthynas ag addysg ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol yng Nghymru.

  • Arddangos ac integreiddio Safonau Galwedigaethol Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol (SGC) a'r Cod Ymarfer Gofal Cymdeithasol (CYP) i bob agwedd ar ddysgu ac asesu ymarfer

  • Asesu myfyrwyr gwaith cymdeithasol mewn ymarfer, gan arddangos tegwch a chysondeb wrth ddysgu ymarfer ac asesu cymhwysedd

  • Galluogi dysgu a datblygiad proffesiynol myfyriwr gwaith cymdeithasol yn ymarferol
