Overall aims and purpose

Bydd y modiwl yn galluogi myfyrwyr i:

  • Archwilio amrywiol agweddau o reoli a gweinyddu'r celfyddydau;
  • Gael syniad clir o'r amrywiaeth o sgiliau personol a phroffesiynol sydd eu hangen mewn gwaith gweinyddu celfyddydol;
  • Ddatblygu gwybodaeth am y sylfaen theoretig sydd wrth wraidd eu dull o ymdrin â hyrwyddo a rheoli'r celfyddydau;
  • Ddatblygu amrywiaeth o sgiliau ymarferol sydd eu hangen ar gyfer gweinyddu'r celfyddydau;
  • I wneud astudiaeth benodol o agwedd nodedig o weithgaredd cymunedol, fyddai o bosibl yn cynnwys dadansoddi adnoddau cyfredol a chreu argymhellion ar gyfer gwelliannau;
  • Creu adroddiad manwl yn dadansoddi'r prosiect, fydd yn adnabod y cyflawniadau a'r heriau a wynebwyd.

Course content

Mae’r modiwl hwn yn cynnig y cyfle i fyfyrwyr i gael rhywfaint o wybodaeth weithredol - yn theoretig ac yn ymarferol - ym maes gweinyddiaeth y celfyddydau. Yn ystod y flwyddyn, bydd myfyrwyr yn cynllunio ac yn ymgymryd â lleoliad annibynnol estynedig o o leiaf 40 awr yn y gymuned, gan anelu at gyflawni gôl benodol. Gall hwn fod yn ardal Bangor neu leoliad arall: mae lleoliadau posibl yn cynnwys canolfannau celf neu leoliadau eraill (e.e. Gwyliau, canolfannau cerdd, cerddorfa). Bydd briff penodol i’r prosiect, gyda tharged(au) clir a chyraeddadwy: gallai olygu gwneud ymchwil o’r farchnad ar ran canolfan gelfyddydol, gyda’r bwriad o greu cyfres o argymhellion ar bolisi, neu gallai olygu trefnu cyfres o weithdai addysgiadol ar thema benodol ar gyfer ysgol neu ysgolion lleol. Gall myfyrwyr rannu'r un lleoliad (e.e. Gwyl Gerdd Bangor) os ydy eu cyfrifoldebau penodol wedi eu nodi yn amlwg yn eu briff personol hwy.

Ardderchog (A– i A*): Gwaith sy'n dangos gafael drwyadl ar y pwnc, gyda thystiolaeth o astudio pellach a meddwl cysyniadol dyfnach, gyda pheth gwreiddioldeb mewn dull ymdrin, ac wedi ei fynegi'n drefnus ac argyhoeddiadol.
