Overall aims and purpose

Mae'r modiwl yn adeiladu ar XCC 1007 ac yn fodd i ddatblygu sgiliau addysgu ymarferol. Gosodir hyd y lleoliad gan y gofynion statudol ar gyfer statws athro cymwys (sef 24 wythnos o brofiad mewn ysgolion dros y tair blynedd). Ym Mlwyddyn 2, mae'r hyfforddai yn gyfrifol am addysgu dosbarth llawn. Rhoddir cymorth ac adborth cyson gan fentoriaid ac athrawon dosbarth, yn ogystal â chymorth gan diwtoriaid cyswllt coleg.

Course content

Cymhwysir yr hyn a ddysgir ym modiwlau coleg y rhaglen i sefyllfa addysgu mewn ysgol gynradd. Canolbwyntir ar baratoi trwyadl, trefniadaeth dosbarth, a chynllunio ar gyfer dilyniant gyda chyfleoedd i arsylwi athrawon profiadol yn ogystal. Ym Mlwyddyn 2 mae'r prif leoliad yn golygu wyth wythnos yn yr un ysgol yn addysgu .Y profiad hwn sy'n cael ei asesu yn ffurfiol er mwyn dyfarnu marciau i'r modiwl. Mae meini prawf yr addysgu ymarferol yn perthnasu i'r safonau statudol, wedi eu haddasu i'r lefel priodol. Rhestrir y meini prawf manwl dan y penawdau a ganlyn: S1: Gwerthoedd ac arferion proffesiynol. S2: Gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth. S3.1: Cynllunio, disgwyliadau, a thargedau. S3.2: Monitro ac asesu. S3.3: Addysgu a rheolaeth dosbarth. Rhoddir sylw penodol a chynyddol ym mhob profiad i agweddau o ddiogelu plant. (Rhestrir y meini prawf manwl ar gyfer Lefel 5 yn y Llawlyfr Profiad Ysgol.) Mae strwythur a chynnwys Profiad Ysgol o reidrwydd yn gymhleth. Mae pob hyfforddai yn derbyn Llawlyfr Profiad Ysgol sy'n dangos yr holl ofynion yn fanwl. Rhoddir canllawiau clir yn ogystal ag enghreifftiau o bob ffurflen sy'n cael ei defnyddio ar gyfer asesu a chofnodi. Er mwyn deall cynnwys y modiwl Profiad Ysgol yn llawn, mae'n angenrheidiol edrych ar y Llawlyfr Profiad Ysgol yn ogystal â dogfennaeth y Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol a gofynion statudol a chanllawiau anstatudol Llywodraeth Cymru (Dod yn Athro Cymwydiedig Rhif 017/2009), sy'n dangos yn fanwl yr hyn sy'n rheoli'r elfen hon o'r rhaglen i raddau helaeth. Ar ddiwedd Semester 4, bydd gan yr hyfforddeion leoliad o wythnos mewn ysgol er mwyn ychwanegu at amrywiaeth eu profiadau. Yn ystod yr wythnos hon, lleolir hyfforddeion un ai efo Bl 2 a 3, neu mewn dosbarth Blwyddyn 6 gan ymweld â’r ysgol uwchradd ddilynol, er mwyn datblygu ymybyddiaeth o’r pontio rhwng y Blynyddoedd Cynnar a CA2 neu CA2 a’r Uwchradd.

Bydd hyfforddeion llwyddiannus 1. wedi dangos eu bod yn bodloni'r meini prawf ar gyfer addysgu ymarferol, sy'n perthnasu i'r safonau statudol (wedi eu haddasu i Lefel 5); 2. wedi dangos eu bod yn gallu dadansoddi eu datblygiad mewn addysgu ymarferol ar y lefel a ddisgwylir ar gyfer Lefel 5 drwy hunan-arfarnu, adfyfyrio, a gosod targedau Gradd 3: Digonol (nodweddion boddhaol yn gorbwyso rhai diffygion). perthnasol

Hours
  300 awr, gan gynnwys (i) amser paratoi, (ii) lleoliad o naw wythnos mewn ysgol(ion), a (iii) amser adfyfyrio. Lleoliad o naw wythnos mewn ysgol(ion). Fel arfer, ym Mlwyddyn 2 bydd un lleoliad o wyth wythnos ar ddiwedd Semester 1 a dechrau Semester 2 ac un lleoliad o un wythnos ar ddiwedd Semester 2. Yn ogystal, rhoddir amser yn y Coleg ac yn yr ysgol ar gyfer paratoi.
