Overall aims and purpose

Amcanion y modiwl yw galluogi¿r rhai sy¿n ei gymryd i wneud y canlynol: 1. gwerthuso¿n feirniadol faterion yn ymwneud â chysyniadau a chanfyddiadau anghenion addysgol arbennig, yn cynnwys o fewn y fframweithiau deddfwriaethol, polisi, ac ymarfer cyfredol yng Nghymru; 2. cymryd y camau gweithredu proffesiynol priodol yn ymwneud ag adnabod ac asesu dysgwyr a all fod ag anghenion addysgol arbennig; 3. cynllunio a chyflwyno profiadau dysgu effeithiol sy¿n hwyluso mynediad at y cwricwlwm a hyrwyddo disgwyliadau uchel, yn cynnwys rhai¿n ymwneud â chyrhaeddiad ac ymddygiad dysgwyr unigol; 4. hyrwyddo datblygiad emosiynol a chymdeithasol cadarnhaol dysgwyr unigol a sicrhau bod eu llais yn cael ei glywed; 5. gweithio¿n effeithiol â rhieni, gofalwyr ac asiantaethau perthnasol er mwyn cyflawni¿r uchod; 6. gwerthuso materion yn ymwneud â chynnwys y modiwl a myfyrio¿n feirniadol arnynt, yn cynnwys o fewn cylch gwelliant ac adolygu parhaus.

Learning outcomes

  1. Ar ôl cwblhau¿r modiwl yn llwyddiannus, bydd y rhai a¿i cymerodd yn gallu gwneud y canlynol: 1. gwerthuso¿n feirniadol newid mewn canfyddiadau o AAA a thermau cysylltiedig, e.e. amrywiaeth, ymarfer cynhwysol, cydraddoldeb cyfle addysgol, a chynhwysiad cymdeithasol, yn cynnwys yng nghyd-destun eu hymarfer proffesiynol eu hunain; 2. adolygu a myfyrio¿n feirniadol ar eu hymarfer proffesiynol o fewn fframwaith deddfwriaethol sy¿n datblygu ac mewn perthynas ag arweiniad perthnasol ar bolisi, darpariaeth ac ymarfer; 3. dangos dealltwriaeth o amrediad anawsterau ac anableddau dysgu, o ran achos, natur, graddau, maint a chyd-forbidrwydd, a¿u goblygiadau ar gyfer ymarfer proffesiynol; 4. gweithredu¿n broffesiynol trwy chwarae rhan briodol o ran adnabod cynnar, asesu ac ymyriad, hwyluso i¿r eithaf fynediad at y cwricwlwm a chefnogi safonau uchel, yn cynnwys addasu dysgu ar gyfer anghenion personol disgyblion a hyrwyddo datblygiad cymdeithasol ac emosiynol cadarnhaol ac ymateb i lais y dysgwr; 5. dangos dealltwriaeth o swyddogaethau a chyfrifoldebau aelodau o¿r tîm amlddisgyblaethol a chynnwys, fel bo¿n briodol, gyngor arbenigol mewn rhaglenni addysgu a dysgu; 6. gweithio¿n effeithiol â rhieni, gofalwyr a¿r asiantaethau gwirfoddol ac eiriol i sicrhau¿r cytundeb mwyaf mewn perthynas â strategaethau ac adnoddau dysgu ac addysgu arbenigol; 7. dangos dealltwriaeth feirniadol, a sgiliau lle bo¿n briodol, yn ymwneud â chyflawni anghenion neilltuol dysgwyr y mae Cymraeg yn iaith gyntaf iddynt neu sy¿n ddwyieithog.
