Overall aims and purpose
Mae'r modiwl yn datblygu gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth y myfyrwyr o'r agweddau proffesiynol sy'n gysylltiedig â gyrfa mewn dylunio a gweithgynhyrchu cynnyrch. Mae'n canolbwyntio ar anghenion yr unigolyn yn y gweithle, rheoli'r gweithle, arweinyddiaeth, arloesi ynghyd â materion allweddol sy'n ymwneud â dylunio a gweithgynhyrchu, ac amrywiaethau cyfathrebu yn y gweithle.
Mae'r darlithoedd yn y modiwl hwn yn llywio ac yn dylanwadu yn uniongyrchol ar fodiwl lleoliad gwaith 2048. Disgwylir i fyfyrwyr ymchwilio ac ymgyfarwyddo â chynnwys y ddarlithoedd ac ymgorffori eu dysgu yn adroddiad lleoliad gwaith modiwl 2048.
Mae ail elfen y modiwl hwn yn cynnwys ysgrifennu academaidd - bydd myfyrwyr yn ymchwilio i ddau bwnc penodol ac yn cyflwyno eu traethodau. Mae pynciau'n ymwneud â themâu fel prosesau arloesi, tueddiadau byd-eang, datblygiad personol, meddwl dylunio a strategaeth.
Mae trydedd elfen y modiwl hwn yn cynnwys tasg tîm 4 wythnos o hyd (cymysgedd ar hap o fyfyrwyr Blwyddyn Gyntaf, Ail a Thrydedd Flwyddyn) i ymgysylltu ac ymateb i friff byw diwydiannol a osodwyd gan un o'n cwmnïau partner. Mae'r agwedd hon ar y modiwl yn cael ei hasesu gan dîm Viva gerbron panel o feirniaid. Mae'r dasg hon a'i hasesiad yn ailadrodd y broses lle byddai dylunwyr sy'n gweithio mewn tîm yn cyflwyno eu canlyniad cyflawn i gleient.
